Your education journey through the GS1 System
Four flexible training modes make GS1 learning convenient even for the busiest of schedules. An array of education options and training sessions allows members to get the supply chain management education you need, allowing full flexibility and optimum opportunity to participate.

Traditional classroom training sessions offer the opportunity to learn from expert instructors. Classes offer flexible attendance options and allow new and existing members to gain better insight and understanding of the GS1 System. Specifically we offer training in the following areas of GS1 activity:
- Numbering and Barcoding
- GS1net / NPC
- E-Commerce
GS1 Australia members can take advantage of GS1’s web-interactive training, or “webinars” for an introduction to the GS1 System and all the information and tools needed to print barcodes on their products. The introductory multimedia presentation connects participants with a GS1 expert live via a telephone conference call, while following the presentation on the web page. Specifically we offer training in the following areas of GS1 activity:
Nothing can quite compare with the impact of a session spent at GS1 Australia's Supply Chain Knowledge Centre, which delivers GS1works, an interactive learning program specifically developed for bringing to life supply chain challenges and solutions for all businesses: small, medium and large.
Specialised training over a two or three hour sessions covering specific aspects of the GS1 system of standards or offering presentations of case studies and integrated applications of GS1 standards across industry. Masterclass topics that will be presented include, details to be released soon:

For members who find it difficult to travel to a classroom, GS1 Australia training is as close as the internet. An online training tool, GS1 Online Training (e-learning) allows members to take a series of courses on essential supply chain concepts study anywhere and at their own pace, 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
Important Notice - GS1 Australia training/event booking changes and cancellations
Cancellation with full refund or substitution of attendee is permitted more than one full calendar week out from the scheduled training (or event) date.
If you wish to cancel your registration within one calendar week from the scheduled training session (or event), you may either substitute the attendee at no cost, or transfer the booking to a future session where available. No refunds are permitted if cancelation occurs within one week of session date.
GS1 Australia reserves the right to cancel or change the dates and venues of seminars where required. If changes result in the need for members to cancel their attendance, full refunds will be available.
