GS1 Australia - Facilities Booking Form
Thank you for your interest in booking the GS1 Knowledge Centre or other Training Facilities for your meeting/event.
To help us to understand your requirements and expectations, and to notify you of your responsibilities when making a booking, please complete the following booking form.
Firstly it will be necessary for you to nominate a staff member from your organisation to be your meeting coordinator. If this person will not be attending on the day, a contact name for the day must be provided.
This person will be responsible for the meeting being conducted in accordance with the GS1 Knowledge Centre and Meeting Rooms Terms and Conditions which is listed on page three.
Summarised below are a number of points vital to the smooth running of your meeting that are the responsibility of your meeting coordinator and must be completed:
- Provide a list of attendees' names 24 hours prior .Visitors must wear name badges at all times during their visit. This is a requirement under the GS1 OH&S and Security policy.
- Set up and packing up of all furniture and equipment including the setting up and putting away of furniture and AV equipment.
- Catering (details of GS1 Australia’s preferred caterer is listed below) and serving.
- To ensure all utensils used, cups, saucers etc are put into the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on. Any additional items should be hand washed, dried and returned to storage.
- Distribute to your guests the Parking Details advice (this will be forwarded to you with your meeting confirmation) which advises guest of available parking in the area.
- Meeting and training rooms can be accessed strictly between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
