Corporate structure
Governing GS1 Australia is a fourteen member Board and Council, which represent a number of trade and industry associations. The board members' diverse experiences and skills are invaluable in determining and reviewing strategy, annual operational plans and budgets, while ensuring proper audit functions and legal compliance.
